Refund Policy
I do not allow refunds at this time. I would be happy to exchange your product for a different size or item of equal value. Please email me within 10 days of receipt of the item for an exchange.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or if an item arrives to you damaged, you must contact me within 10 days of receipt. If a condition of the refund is to ship the item back, please use the same packing supplies that it arrived in. For items that were damaged during shipping, you must provide photographs of the packaging as well as the item that is damaged.
