Shipping Policy
To make things easier, shipping and handling fees are included in the price of items going to locations within the continental US. The USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority mail are my preferred carriers. Local pickup is also option if you happen to be in the vicinity. Refund Policy
I hope you are as pleased with your purchases from Glass by Beth as I am to offer them. Please make your selections carefully. If not satisfied with your choice, please notify me within 7 days of receipt to return it in the same condition as you received it. If the item is damaged during shipping, I will require photos of both the packaging and the item as soon as possible. Refunds, returns and exchanges must be coordinated directly with me/Glass by Beth within 7 days of receipt.
