Periwinkle Flow Fused Glass Bowl

This one-of-a-kind fused glass bowl was created by first making small “bricks” of glass with layers of periwinkle blue, aventurine blue and white. The bricks, along with some clear glass, were then set in a pattern on the kiln shelf inside a ring made of black and white glass, and melted into they flowed into the bowl’s final design.

Handmade in our Bala Cynwyd home glass studio, exclusively using Bullseye Glass Co.’s high quality art glass. Kiln fired and properly annealed for strength and durability.

Aviva Brandt Foster is a fused glass artist based in Bala Cynwyd, PA. After 20 years in journalism, she now divides her time between family and running the family art business, Foster’s Beauties. She combines kiln-formed and flame-formed glass to make one-of-a-kind, functional art. Aviva is a member of the Haverford Guild of Craftsmen and serves on its board as co-treasurer.

Most items are shipped within 3 days of order. Items that are made-to-order may take up to 10 days before shipping. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us before ordering to make sure we can meet your deadline. Depending on size/weight, items are shipped using either USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority mail. Domestic shipping is free. Please contact us if you need the item shipped elsewhere and we will calculate your shipping cost for you. We are happy to arrange local pickup if you are in the vicinity.

We will refund your purchase for any reason if you notify us within 14 days of delivery and return it in the same condition you received it in. If the item was damaged during shipping, we need you to send us photos of both the packaging and the item as soon as possible.
