In addition to the HGC policy: Satisfaction: Because no two pieces are alike – although on good days I can get pretty close– especially on items such as earrings, I cannot guarantee that as a pair they will be 100% identical (more like 95%-99%). I will not accept an exchange due to slight differences within pairs of earrings. If for some other reason you are not happy, please contact me within 30 days of receiving the jewelry. Once the jewelry is returned and in good condition I will issue you a refund (minus shipping costs). Damages: If the jewelry arrives damaged, please contact me and send me photos of the packaging and the jewelry. Once the jewelry is returned to me (in its current condition) I will issue you a refund. I do everything I can to make sure that every piece of jewelry is durable and will be good for years. However, stuff happens and sometimes even the most well-crafted jewelry breaks. If that happens within 3 months of your purchase, please contact me. Once you have shipped the piece back to me, I will do my best to repair it. If a repair is not possible, then I will refund your money.
This jewelry is not intended for children (sorry kids). If you do purchase a piece for a child, then you do so at your own risk. Some of the materials may be classified as a choking hazard. Also, some of the jewelry may not be as durable in a child’s hands as it is in yours.
